We invest in companies that integrate social or environmental impact into their business model, generating tangible benefits for people, communities, territories and the broader ecosystem along the entire value chain. We support early-stage companies that have validated their market proposition and aim to consolidate it to scale their impact, combining financial sustainability and social impact in a synergistic manner.

INVESTING
We consider diversity and gender equity as strategic levers to improve performance, impact and risk management.
We support companies in embedding diversity into their corporate culture, policies, processes, organizational structures and governance. Our approach goes beyond simple gender “counting”: we analyze power dynamics, the distribution of decision-making roles and the integration of gender considerations in governance, HR, commercial and marketing strategies and product/service design.
To support this process, we use proprietary assessment tools to monitor the evolution of practices and set concrete, measurable improvement objectives.
We invest from 0,4M€ up to over 2,5M€ in progressive tranches linked to the achievement of financial and impact milestones.
– Companies addressing structural problems and generating social or environmental impact, regardless of sector
– Legal and operational presence in Italy, or primarily operating in Italy
– Special focus on companies led by women, young people, migrants, or located in economically disadvantaged areas
The fund supports companies in the early stages of their lifecycle with a market-tested solution, aiming to consolidate their business model and scale impact. In selected cases, we also consider pre-seed opportunities with teams that have significant experience and high potential for social or environmental impact.
